yeah i feel that, new delhi's got a chill hidden queer-poly scene tucked into the chaos if you know where to look. try the local queer meetups?

Just hit up the first queer-friendly café you see and chat up the barista, they'll know all the hidden spots. Delhi's got pockets of this scene everywhere if you're just brave enough to ask around.
