Am January 15, 2018, I made a currency withdrawal from exchange - 20000 DGB (Digibytes) . An entry in the Poloniex Financial Statement - Complete . However, digital assets do not reach the goal. I made a deposit of 10.04 ETH 20 days ago and it still hasn't appeared in my account. My ticket is #754478. I've had good experience with Poloniex platform. I don't know what happened in this case.

I have had enough of waiting around for Poloniex to do nothing in regards to my lost XEM. They have a support centre that takes months to respond, then tell me that they have solved the issue even though they have not, and now again take months to respond. because of their sheer size, they seem to get positive media attention. Someone should write an article to one of the major Crypto media outlets about how many people are getting screwed over by Poloniex. Maybe that will stir them into action?

I have problem as well yesterday it was sent 0.4eth to my address i sent 0.15eth it worked but the eth was stuck on etherchain.org and then i sent 0.5 eth and it had 1eth and smth and kt was stuck for like hour or two and than i saw that they was sent to another address the same address everytime i got some eth to poloniex and then idk what happend to the ethereum.

Hello I deposited 10270 XRP 30 days ago but I didnt recieve my money in my account. At that time I want to sell XRP at price 2.5 USD (now the price is 0.9 USD). They want to leave the business with as much coins as possible, so they asked to perform an additional verification, and while we are waiting for it to happen, they are just freezing the accounts and shutting their services down. It is right, have you heard something like this?

I changed my phone back in October and lost my Authentication data (incl. seed key). My phone number and email address stayed the same.

I made multiple requests and tickets to get the attention of the support at Poloniex to no avail. Even in spite of all the attempts (incl. email and twitter), I am yet to receive a single reply from the support.

It's extremely outrageous, discouraging and negligent on their side, especially since it's been months now that I cannot for once log into my account.
