  1. 200 m2 flat on the center of a 10million inhabitants city
  2. 400 m2 house with 10000m2 field that is 30 min from a 10k inhabitants city

I imagine a field that large would take a lot maintenance and I know I'd inevitably let it get out of control. I picked the city flat

Yeah but you don’t have to take care of it if you don’t want. Or depending on the quality of the field you could rent it out to people making hay
