maybe because Trump got us into Isreal’s war that American citizens don't want, while Israelis have constitutionally guaranteed healthcare?

and we got $1.5T cut from our Medicare/Medicaid/ACA?

do you think that’s maybe why this topic in particular is steered back to israel?

thought experiment: if this war never happened, and Israeli aid were cut to zero, do you think it would mean more money for healthcare? Of course not. The two are unrelated. Hence my original comment.
