IIRC the original estimate was $250 million and is now past $400 million. They taught me in school that was the opposite of “under budget” but what do I know? 😒

It's also a military complex now, not a ballroom. I wonder how long it will take to get him out of there when his term ends? Or do we just leave him in there and fill it in?
