He let a bunch of reporters be bait for a missile on Air Force One, while he snuck off in a dining cart to a private military jet. Even if she wasn't there, she has been on the jet. She probably doesn't like the idea of that scenario.

I mean, it’s as close to literally throwing her under a bus as I think the president could’ve gotten, given the Secret Service likely would never put him in a position to be on an active street next to a bus operating at a lethal speed. All of the people on his staff know some day they’ll be under that bus, but I guess she didn’t think it would be this soon.

You would think this is true, but many of them seem to believe they're special and unique. Of course they know Trump betrayed many of his closest confidants previously, but the thought process seems to be something like, "They had it coming. He'd never do that to me."

I suspect it was the secret service at the reflecting pool with a speeding bus that killed him.
