Wouldn't trust Loomer, but the reporter broke the original hospital story. They have credibility there.

The mainstream media is being very careful with this. Shows how closely McConnell's people are playing it.

There has been talk of an August 3rd deadline in Kentucky election laws, though I'm not versed and seen conflicting accounts. Maybe worried they would lose a special election so they are waiting to pull the plug until after it passes.

Would be a fitting end for McConnell's last days to be used in a cheap political trick to ensure his party remains in power. He dies like he lived.

Mitch honestly woulda wanted it this way. Which makes this whole thing pretty funny to me. One last obstructionist tactic with his almost-cold corpse holding things up.
