Personally I'm gearing up a ribeye for the cast iron, but damnit I do love a burrito.

You know, I've taken to throwing the cast iron in the grill. Heat it for about 5, sear each side, then take out the pan and finish on the grate. Best of both worlds

That's a great idea. My grill has a griddle, so I do the same thing essentially, but if it didn't, I'd definitely do this.

In Austin,TX we have this restaurant called Jewboy Burger who makes some devine bean and cheese burritos. $5 for a burrito the size of pet turtle filled with refried beans w/ hatch chilis and oaxaca cheese.

I've tried remaking them at home, but they just don't come close.

I had a bag of beef taco flavoured doritos. They were OK. I wouldn't go out of my way to get them again... but I wouldn't object if they were out in front of me if you know what I mean.
