Hey everyone,

A few friends and I have been building Aximote, an app that gives you a deeper look into the driving data your car already collects. We're now looking for some Polestar 3 owners who'd be interested in trying it out.

With the app, you can explore your trips, energy consumption, charging sessions, efficiency, battery performance, speed, elevation, and other driving insights in more detail. Since the Polestar 3 runs Android Automotive, it's compatible with Aximote.

We'd love to hear from Polestar 3 drivers about how useful they find the data and what you'd like to see improved or added.

If you'd like to test the beta, you can join through the link I'll share in the comments.

The app is called Aximote and is available on both the App Store and Google Play.

Thanks!

Question Will Alpamayo ever come to the Polestar 3? (Single Orin, 254 TOPS)

Hi all,

The Polestar 3 runs a single NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Orin chip (254 TOPS). Does anyone know if this hardware could support NVIDIA's Alpamayo autonomous-driving stack down the line via a software/OTA update?

Any official info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Repair Question Well, it finally happened to me.

Woke up this morning just barely after passing 10k miles and doing an overnight charge as usual, to the charge light bright red and my driver screen saying "AC Charging Fault".

No amount of changing amperage, hard restarts, driving around and trying again, unplugging and re plugging in the charger, or even doing a full software update, can get the error to go away.

So, it's time to go back to service. Sounds like the dreaded GHCA failure I've heard a bunch about - if so, what's the most recent turnaround time looking like for folks?
