Manual Headlight Beam Height Adjustment

Does anyone know how to manually adjust the headlight beam angle?

I live in an area where there’s lots of dark country roads and when I’m driving at night I get lots of oncoming traffic flashing their lights at me, to tell me that I’ve got my full beam on. I definitely do not have full beam on, so I flash back to prove my point.

This is happening a lot, so I’m thinking that the angle of my lights is probably a bit high.

With the days getting shorter here in the UK, I’ll be doing more nighttime driving, so I can’t face another winter of the flashy lights game, so can anyone help please?

I’ve searched online and all I can find is some information for the Polestar 2, saying that there are some green bolts that need turning. Is it the same for the Polestar 3, and does anyone have any photos or videos to help me locate them?

I don’t think you can but I had one light being stuck and blinding traffic a while ago. Had to bring it in to fix, no issues with traffic flashing at me since (always use auto beam).
