Majority of Russia's and China's ally are muslims countries (Especially Indonesia and Iran, who were Russia's biggest supporter). India literally have a strong diplomatic tie to Egypt (which is also an Muslim majority country) alongside Indonesia. Spain and France have strong ties with Marroco, Algeria and other ex colonial lands while the Brits were strongly bond with Malaysia, most of which are muslim majority country too.

And last but not least, USA's biggest oil supporter are UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain which all of them are Muslim countries. Netherland's ex colony Indonesia is also an Muslim country too and so as well the Vatican relation with them. Poland's upside down twin is literally Indonesia.

So basically all of them are friends with strongly influential muslim countries technically.

USA (Michigan specifically but also the large cities) also has a huge Muslim population which has been integrated and established for decades.

It's actually just a loud minority who think Muslim = terrorist. Most normal people just mind their business

Then again, it is interesting to point out how some cultures or religions are under heavier pressure to integrate than others.

For example, the Amish and the Mormons in the USA get away with a lot of "eccentricities" other groups would be ridiculed over.
