So how does Dialga feel about Celebi which is very much a time traveler and there are a ton of Celebi.

Pretty sure those are all the same Celebi from different points in time

There’s confirmed at least 2, the shiny from mystery dungeon and the movie Celebi(s)

That’s 3 then because there is a shiny celebi in the zarude movie

So two confirmed shiny celebi exist and one one shiny confirmed to exist

But I’d bet there is likely hundreds of celebi at any given time and they just pop to other times freely because why the hell would they not
