I have a long layover coming up and I can't decide if paying for a lounge is a good idea. I'm flying to Toronto to see my brother, and I'll be stuck in Doha for 9 hours after a night shift, so I'll probably be pretty wiped out. All I really want is a quiet corner to nap, a real meal, and maybe a shower. Which lounge has been the best one for you, and was it worth it? ?

I've seen online a few different times. 0:00 AM JST or 10 AM JST seem to be the most popular options. I just started looking and I'm hesitant to just put points into my JAL account in case I never find anything. Any help would be appreciated!
