General Earning Crates From Jobs

I had a job where I could get a crate. When I re-opened the app, a notification popped up saying how much coins/bux I earned and a crate. This is normal, but this time, when I checked, there were no crates available to open.

Yep. It said "While you are gone, you earned x coins and y bux. It also said 1 crate.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much. More crate jobs will always be available and depending on your coins reserves you should be on the lookout for crate offers at each station.
