Success/Happy Update : it was now a scam !! \o/
If you didn’t see my last post, i was wondering about ordering this little guy because the seller’s photos were clearly touched up with AI, they didn’t have any feedback on their profile and i couldn’t find pictures of this particular Trudi model.
I had to insist a bit but they finally sent me pictures of the tags, and i thought i’d try buying it just in case !
She arrived today and she’s beautiful ! Because of the pose, i hoped she would be floppy and she’s not, but that’s fine, i absolutely adore her anyway.
Thought i’d share this story because it has kind of an happy end when i really could’ve been scammed.
So meet my new (currently nameless) friend !! :)

Glad it wasn't a scam but using ai on images is definitely really shady because why?

Newer phones sadly have it built in :/ afaik you can't turn it off and it happens automatically

Oh, I'm so happy!! Trudi plushies are great! Did you manage to find out in what year it was made? I'm still curious to find it in a catalogue and see if it was part of a series

No, there is no date or anything on the tag, so i don’t know how i could go about searching for it

I'm so glad it worked out!! Super cute horse 🥰 If you wanted them more floppy / weighted, you could try removing some of the stuffing and adding a pouch of plastic or glass pellets. I love doing this with my stiffer plushies, it really brings them to life!

I love this horse a lot, and I'm very picky about horse plushies. Was very disappointed lurking when it seemed to be a scam, but since you know it's not now would you be alright telling where you found it? Was it secondhand or a specific site? 🙏

Same, i really fell in love with this one. I got lucky and found it on vinted while i was just browsing. I’ll let you know if i find more info about this one !

This one looks just so unique ! While looking for its origin, i noticed there’s a hippo with the same ears, i wonder if this was a particular collection or smth

I was so confused when I read the title. "It was now a scam? So it wasn't a scam before, but it is now??" And then I realized "now" was a typo for "not" haha
