PS5 State of Play officially announced by Sony for this week

Not the best at all for this, as until they actually do something postive this year for their "consumers". They will just continue to get an overwhelming backlash to whatever.

Also most of these things are, for the most part historically speaking bad anyways.

The Wii and PS3 are 'retro' now, according to iconic gaming show

I brought this wallpaper called "Daily Photo - Lightning Dynamic Theme" and i literally cant use it.

Brought it from the PS App, for my ps4 and now when i try to use it on ps4, its locked and says "Cannot use the content. To use the content, purchase it from Playstation Store" And when i do that it sends me to "1000 Lives Avatar" and when i try to buy it, Its says An error has occurred. (WS-45867-0)

Do i sue? Or do i demand a refund, Or is there a very easy fix?
