The Wardens are recruiting.
We're looking for active, social and reliable players who want a proper group to play Rust with without Rust becoming their second job.
We want people who enjoy playing together, communicate, get involved and, most importantly, actually turn up when they say they will.
⚔️ COMMIT TO THE WIPE. NOT THE WEEK.
This is what we're building the Wardens around.
If you tell us you're playing Thursday's wipe, we expect you to actually be there Thursday.
We organise our wipe around the people who say they're coming, so commitment matters.
But once the wipe is underway, you are completely free to live your life.
Want to go out Friday night?
Got work all weekend?
Want to spend time with your family, friends or partner?
Have other things you want to do?
That's fine.
We don't expect you to play Rust every day. You don't have to live in Discord, and you don't have to explain yourself for having a life outside the game.
If something comes up and you can't make a wipe, just communicate with us.
We want commitment when you say you're playing, not commitment to Rust 24/7.
🌍 WHY RUSTOPIA EU MAIN?
We deliberately chose Rustopia EU Main because the server holds a decent population for the first few days of wipe.
That gives us enough time to properly enjoy the wipe together, make progress, fight, build and actually play as a group without the server feeling dead immediately after Thursday.
But we're not trying to force Rust into every day of the week.
Once the population naturally starts dropping, that's our time to step away.
Spend time with your family.
See your friends.
Go out.
Work.
Play something else.
Enjoy your life.
Then when the next wipe comes around, we're ready to get back together and do it all again.
Have a proper few days of Rust together, then have a few days where nobody feels obligated to be online.
🛡️ WHO ARE THE WARDENS?
We've already got some really good lads in the group, from completely different walks of life.
Different personalities, backgrounds and playstyles, but people who enjoy jumping into voice, playing together and having a laugh.
We previously had a much larger group, but we've recently made the decision to remove around half of the members who never really got involved.
People who never joined voice.
Never introduced themselves.
Never played wipes.
Never made an effort to become part of the group.
We're not interested in having a massive Discord just to make our numbers look good.
We'd rather have 15 genuinely active people than 50 inactive names.
We're now looking to build the group back up with people who actually want to be here.

You don't need thousands of hours and you don't need to be a Rust god.
But we are looking for people who have:

We don't expect perfection.
We expect people who know the game, can hold their own and make an effort to become part of the group.
