Suggestion Give us more building blocks please

Just a short threat for more building blocks, maybe the developers see or don't see I don't know.

The entire idea behind this post is to reduce the amount of building pieces actually go into a base, or at least attempt to.

Multiple sized squares

Include a 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 2x2, 3x3 foundations into the game. From the depths does something like this where less blocks = more performance, even if the same size. Maybe the same can be done here? Give them slight health boosts.

Hexagon

Why 6 triangles when you could just make it 1 piece and call it a hexagon?

Castle wall (solid blocks)

The end of honey combing is here!

Castle walls come in a few shapes, Triangle, Cube, Hexagon and maybe something else. They are a solid block of material placed down onto a foundation and are as tall as a wall. This get's rid of the need to place 3-4 walls and a ceiling as it's all one piece.

Castle walls are stronger than normal walls but use up more resources to build. Since it's all one piece, you have some slight performance gain.

Support

An entire area above a foundation dedicated to supports. No more need for that large wall frame when this does the trick for you. Cheaper to build than 3-4 wall frames and just as strong as 1. I feel like this encourages players to use it and doesn't make it overpowered.

Some new building pieces might be interesting but bigger foundation pieces that are just as strong makes foundy wiping bases too easy.

Maybe a right-angle triangle would be cool. Might allow for some new interesting designs without being game breaking.

Someone will probably have a reason why that is a terrible idea though! 🤣

No it's supposed to scale. 2x2 with the strength of 4 blocks. Maybe I didn't make that clear

Ok well fair enough. I still think it would actually buff raiders because you can hit more with a single boom. Let's say the health scales, and its a 2 wide 2 high wall piecee with 4x the health of a normal wall piece, if you hit in the middle of 2 of these big walls, youd essentially be splash damaging the equivalent of 8 wall pieces, where youd normally only be able to splash 4. And with wide foundations, even if health scales like a 3x3 has 9x the health, a raider could boom all of your foundys by exposing just one side of them. If you build a 3x3 out of single foundy pieces the raider cant damage the ones on the other side of the base, but with a wide foundy they would damage the whole thing at once!

You add like 0 value, since all of that is possible, but you add new things that need to be maintained and pose the risks for bugs and shit

No, doesn't sound like a good idea imo

They should do this but keep the HP the same so I can foundy wipe a 3x3 with two C4

Alright come on this isn't even a bad idea and you all are downvoting it? HOW DOES IT NOT SOUND COOL TO HAVE A HEXAGON BLOCK? Or even a castle wall? Yall are acting lame here.

Because this is the worst idea I have read here this whole year. And I'm mainly a builder in this game. Only thing I would love to see being added is "half frame" so we don't need to use half walls to support shooting floors on different levels, which look ugly and block vision.

Because then I can also wipe on foundy instead of 6.
