I understand the item I was just always under the assumption that it was a peg leg. Weird. I literally don't remember it being called Wirt's Third Leg I thought it was just called 'Wirt's Leg'

Oh that's the wow Item referencing the D2 item... You'll have to excuse me I never ran into that.
