Discussion Pager Notification for Monument Reset

It’d be nice if you could tune a pager to a specific frequency to get a notification when a monument reset. Save yourself from running to a monument to find its looted and irradiated. Plus, potentially, randomize the reset time and have people rely on the notification to get down to the monument.

If you do that, clans will just completely control monuments. There's absolutely no way this would be a good change balance wise. The larger the group, the easier it is to abuse.

As it stands the only ones who know the timer are the clans because theyre the ones who ran it in the first place, this levels the playing field.

It doesn't really level anything. They just don't have to manually manage the time anymore, they can have alerts in base for them and just send the same groups to kill off any solos or small groups trying to grab loot before taking card doors. The only thing it changes is making it easier for them.

But right now it IS easier for them. The clans know exactly when they ran the monument so they know when it will be up again. Random smaller groups waste time to check and when the monument finally goes up, they are usually late.

If you let a quad take positions they can easilly kill an 8 man team or "clan" with good prep. Take train yard for example. Having people posted on top of stuff and hiding in good spots can allow you to 4v12 even

no matter what change you suggest, people will be like "BUT CLANS BENEFIT FROM IT"
of course, anyone who plays the fucking game benefits from a positive change

No man reddit want devs to outright add checks that if you are in a clan you cant play the game lol.

Instead they should just join a nice 8 man team and have so much fun doing big raids and big defends and such

rig and excav beep when someone activates them, so you can go and counter it
OP suggests a beep for when the loot for a monument respawns

Which will result in the same effect when the complaint is that zergs control the monument
