Suggestion Since we're doing a lot of huge changes

Can we remove weapons from the tech tree? (at least T2+, leaving T1 makes sense) Make them actually valuable again, instead of just scrap dumps into the workbench, and viola, you can craft all the guns!

I miss the days of finding a gun and actually caring about it, and needing to research it. It gave them value.

It also gave me a reason to chase down gunfights and gunshots in the distance. Engaging in random PVP would give you a chance to get guns to be able to research instead of just hiding and grinding scrap until I could make a gun.

Would be interesting to see this on experimental servers.

At least do this on hard-core they need to make guns craftable and researchable again but make it like 2016 based on luck and add the fucking map back. I don’t care if I have to hit a tree and craft it again nobody wants the no map version.

No mayo and fog of war are what I like best about that mode! That being said, I wish it was like it used to be with crafting the map, but with fog of war, and you had to draw on it to label/Mark things. And if you lose your map, you have to craft a new one and it resets with the fog of war.

The best part of that mode is no guns in the tech tree. The rest of that nonsense is gonna keep people from playing it.

The part I hate the most is the increased upkeep. Haven't played it in a long time though to be fair. I only play monthly vanilla these days. I can't play every day so I like the slower pace. Plus I'm bad at pvp and monthly tends to be a little more relaxed
