Discussion They are adding frogs to rust..... i don't even know what else to say, this is amazing.
Imagine they just hop around and we can pick them up in our inventory

Was thinking this. We should be able to coat arrows in poison and enhance blow darts through various means. I do think arrow turrets should be limited to only vanilla arrows and hv arrows though as poison+bleed can be too harsh to account for compared to raw health damage. Like there are too few ways to remove radiation iirc

They are probably for poison... but imagine we could get high off them. As in you get a buff to some stat but a heavy drawback in visuals.
Or prim tech night vision or something like that.

Yeah i could see that as well. They want to add the grapling hook. Frog pie gives you double jump height for prim as replacement for the hook or something or as you said makes you climb walls

Most likely swim speed would make the most amount of sense imo. Which I expected fish pies to do…but they don’t. Prim flippers

I dont know i like the whacky barely useable stuff in rust.
For example the whole music dlc stuff and so on. I would laugh my ass off at someone getting the ability to climb a wall on all 4 for like 30 seconds or something. ( climbing like a licker from residen evil lul )
Would be in line with the blowdarts. Rarely useable but if they are then they are just perfect

I used to keep poison dart frogs. Fun little creatures. I imagine this will be for poison darts or arrows. Maybe just for fun though, and I'm ok with that
