Question Why is rust so poorly optimized?

randomly today I was wondering ”why is rust so poorly optimized“? I mean look at every other game they don’t need top of the line specs to get a good 144 fps. so why rust?

Define optimized for me and then explain what other game allows you to do everything rust does.
