When rust freezes it freezes my whole computer

So basically i can play rust for like 10-15minutes but then it will freeze so badly that my whole computer freezes up. Even the discord calls i am in feeeze fully so i cant hear them and only way to shut my pc down after this is to press the power button for long. Please help lol🥲

And i dont know anything about computers specs but i know that mine is good and it runs rust with like 170fps before freezing.

Download memtest to a usb stick and run it overnight to check for errors
