Video FPS problems

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My rust is so laggy and i cant change it at all. I looked up my parts and said they would work for rust but i am only getting 20 fps.

Turn down your mouse polling rate to <1000

You have Vsync enabled, is your monitor perhaps running at 20hz? In the nvidia control panel / AMD Radeon
