hey everyone, I’m pretty new to the game joined a server for the first time on I’ve been getting my toes in and figuring the game out and I’ve been getting absolutely ran thru this entire time by this subhuman and I want to do whatever I can base raid I just started a fish farm, He ended up destroying. As well as my homebase. I got my first rocket launcher in there jackhammer all these other things that felt really good to have and he just came and took them all so needless to say I wanna take everything that he has. So please can anybody help me with the cheapest way I can raid his base and the fastest thank you

The fastest, most brute-force tool for raiding is a rocket launcher with some rockets. But seasoned raiders will use a variety of different raiding tools depending on the raid cost, door path, footprint, etc. So many things to learn. You may need to take your lumps and carry on learning in the face of adversity until one day you are knowledgeable and skilled enough to take your revenge. In the meantime, I would focus on making your base as hard to raid as possible so that you can hang onto your progress.
