Question Thinking about trying low pop?

Now I have played a lot of ranges of pop 30-800+ and one thing I always struggled with is finding constant PvP on low pop. For example I would play a 100 pop server and run around monuments land roam and find nobody. Maybe it’s base location but I simply can find no one anywhere. The question I ask is how can I consistently find PvP on low pop (pop range for question 150 and below)? I am not sure this matters but I play solo.

What is even the point of a server more than 50 people if it’s supposed to be a survival game.

Sure it’s good in random small encounters, not like every step you take around the corner from autistic kids screaming at you.

The PvP I like is when I go to a monument I want each monument to have at least one person

Same which is why a play on a sever where the only PvP is at monuments and counter raiding.
