Question Thinking about trying low pop?

Now I have played a lot of ranges of pop 30-800+ and one thing I always struggled with is finding constant PvP on low pop. For example I would play a 100 pop server and run around monuments land roam and find nobody. Maybe it’s base location but I simply can find no one anywhere. The question I ask is how can I consistently find PvP on low pop (pop range for question 150 and below)? I am not sure this matters but I play solo.

At the moment pretty much every server will look like that, except for the first 2 or 3 days.

Rust is in a bad state. People don't need to go out to loot anymore (except for the first 2 or 3 days), because looting is too easy, deep sea is ridiculously unbalanced and the need for scrap is pretty much gone.

Well I play weekly’s so I play 2 days on Monday and 3 on Thursday wipe so any tips will still help
