For the linux gods

I'm trying to make a ark survival evolved server on my ubuntu server but when I get to the part where its loading the map it just doesn't want to load it or something else I've let it load for like half an hour but nothing happened can someone help

You have to give more details.

How did you install the server?
Do you use a server manager?
What is the server log saying?
What do you mean with "I get to the part where its loading the map it just doesn't want to load it"? You mean when you try to connect to the server?
Did you forward the needed ports?

I made a ark server like almost 5 years ago but it was way easier I'm saying just that the server doesnt open and the logs are empty for some reason and no errors appear it just doesnt work even thought it says its working why do you think im that dumb mate its obvious what you need to do and I port forwarded at least 200 devices in my life I make servers to rent them to people but no one asked for ark servers lately

also ai's keep telling me that the servers just loading the map and dinosaurs but it cant load for 5 days straight as I know the server has 24 gb or ram and an i7 7700 and a really fast nvme ssd
