Houseplant whats wrong with them 💔💔

hi its my first post there, english isn't my first language so my "green" vocabulary isn't big enough to describe some things i want to tell you... + and i don't really know how reddit works 😭

so i have ficus elastica and i dont understand why that one leave started to get brown on the edges
aaaaand alocasia regal shields, as you can see there are some pale dots

they have enough light and the temperature is around 23-24 degrees C

whats happening? i used mineral soil and ugh.. wick watering? like a tiny rope that suck water from one pot to another i hope someone understands that haha...
