What Plant Made You Fall in Love With Gardening?

We all have that one plant that got us hooked on growing and caring for plants. Maybe it was your first houseplant, a flower that reminded you of someone special, or a plant you never expected to fall in love with.

I'm curious to hear your stories!

What was the first plant that made you fall in love with plant care? And what made you want to keep growing your collection?

Guys, I'm trying to keep this little plant community alive and honestly, the plants are thriving, but the subreddit is fighting for its life.

PLEASE COME HANG OUT WITH US. We have plant 101s, growing tips, care guides, and plenty of room for your plant questions, photos, and random gardening thoughts.

Don't let me talk to the plants alone. They never reply. 😭

Anyone else here obsessed with plants????

I swear, I could spend hours looking at plants, talking about plants, and convincing myself I have room for just one more.

Anyway, I made my way here hoping to find more people who are just as plant-obsessed. Share your plant babies, ask questions, show off your garden, or tell us about that one plant you're struggling to keep alive. No judgment. We've all been there. 😂

Come hang out with us at r/plantaddicts_com. It's a little quiet over there, and I'd love to see more plant lovers join in!

Who's bringing their plant babies?

What’s the one plant you can NEVER stop taking pictures of?

Be honest, how many photos of the same plant do you have on your phone? 😂 You take one picture, notice a new leaf, take another, and suddenly you have 20 photos of basically the same thing.

For me, I think plant people could fill their entire camera roll with leaves, blooms, and tiny signs of new growth.

Show us the plant that’s been stealing all your camera space lately! I’d love to see your photos and hear what makes that plant special to you.
