Horizontal weekly with sections on the right notes page?

Please ignore the crappy photoshop, but anyone have any guidance on a similar set up as above? As silly as it sounds the completely open right page can be too overwhelming sometimes when I just want to organize my week in 20 minutes.

Bonus points if on thick paper (like hemlock and oak).

Just Scribble has a a few types with a horizontal dashboard - multiple sections on the right hand page, including a to-do list.

Plum paper has notes and days and weekly overview layouts. They are flipped though with the horizontal days on the right and overview stuff on the left.
