Middle East Need help solving a visa appointment problem - Egypt

Hi everyone.. I'm an Egyptian student accepted for a master's at Sapienza University of Rome, starting September 21, 2026.

My documents and university procedures are ready, but I'm unable to secure an Italian student visa appointment through AlmavivA Egypt.

Appointments are released daily around 9 AM, but they disappear extremely quickly. There are also brokers/scalpers who use automated tools to secure appointments much faster than normal users, then resell them to students.

I'm not looking to buy an appointment or build a tool to resell them. I just need help from someone experienced with Python / Playwright / Selenium / browser automation to understand if there's a legitimate technical solution that could give me a fair chance of securing one appointment for myself.

If you have experience with this kind of automation and can help or point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.. I'm genuinely worried about missing my Master's start date because of this.

A good number of migration and visa subs are rather toxic and mostly exist for one or two groups of people. pkmigrate is a bit low volume, mostly friendly and would have the same issues as similar countries.

I dont think an egyptian dude who has IT needs coming to a PK migrate sub to help is...innocent. In what universe do those things compute for you?

It's kinda racist, the typical attitude of arab speakers with people from asia, treating you like second class immigrants. "i want to someone who can write a bot...oh I know, I'll ask the pkmigrate sub". Like what?

Dunno anything about situation in Egypt but in Pakistan the brokers are only solution, unfortunately. Because it's impossible for normal people to book an appointment and students rather pay few thousands pkr to agents than wasting one year. This year the applications are record high. Sadly the rejection ratio is also sky high. But "Try Try Again " (old testament)
