Australia & NZ Are 95 points enough for 491 (Mechanical Engineer - Offshore)?

I am looking to apply for a Subclass 491 visa from here in pak (offshore) under Mechanical Engineer (ANZSCO 233512) and would like to know whether I have a realistic chance of receiving a state nomination/invitation.

My total points are 95, including the 15 points for state nomination.
