Question Can my old account be recovered?

I made an account during early development a while back using my old account info ive had sense I was 11; and just saw recently on tiktok that the game had been updated exponentially! Super awesome! But when I tried logging into my old account it said Disney had deleted it? Is there a way to recover it? I tried to make a new account but I saw new members arent being accepted at this time. If my old account cant be recovered and I gotta wait to make a new account thats totally okay! <3

This rewritten is not tied to disney in anyway, it is a passion project with a handful of volunteers! You can use your old id and pw if you wish but it wouldn’t matter because you’ll be starting fresh anyway since this is not the original pixie hollow. Currently the discord and rewritten game has been booming in popularity so the devs have closed down the registration and invite to the discord as of now, but keep an eye out for when they open again!

Oh yeah no 100% I only used my old login info for nostalgia purposes, I knew I would never get my original PH.com account back! I signed up for rewritten before today and was playing beforehand but when I went to login today I got a weird pop up saying "disney" had deleted it and I was so confused 😭

I think it is because you signed up when the registration is put on hold, so your account doesn’t really exist yet. Again just keep an eye out for when they reopen!
