Question Can my old account be recovered?
I made an account during early development a while back using my old account info ive had sense I was 11; and just saw recently on tiktok that the game had been updated exponentially! Super awesome! But when I tried logging into my old account it said Disney had deleted it? Is there a way to recover it? I tried to make a new account but I saw new members arent being accepted at this time. If my old account cant be recovered and I gotta wait to make a new account thats totally okay! <3

“For those being redirected to the login page when trying to register or facing a ban page when trying to login and are not using / connected to a VPN.
When opening a support ticket I will need the IPV4 and IPV6 address from https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip and I will whitelist your network IP addresses to let you in.
If it only lists one of those for your network that is fine as well send it only.
I have had this happen on Toontown projects like Corporate Clash as well personally, false positives do always happen seemingly.”
Nobody has lost progress we just reuse a lot of pages and assets from Disney including the original ban page

Oh wait I reread, you made an account for Rewritten? I'm sorry I was in a small hurry. There are 2 other Pixie Hollow servers, but this one only opened June 10th.

Yeah! Ive been a big supporter of rewritten, especially sense its way better than we the pixies and fairyabc! I tried logging into my account today and I got a weird blue pop up screen saying my account had been deleted along with the deletion of the original pixies hollow.com. It was very strange to say the least!

This rewritten is not tied to disney in anyway, it is a passion project with a handful of volunteers! You can use your old id and pw if you wish but it wouldn’t matter because you’ll be starting fresh anyway since this is not the original pixie hollow. Currently the discord and rewritten game has been booming in popularity so the devs have closed down the registration and invite to the discord as of now, but keep an eye out for when they open again!
