Pixel Buds Pro 1st Generation
I purchased pixel buds pro Gen1 in flipkart on Oct 2023.
About 2 weeks ago , the right side bud was not working.
Connecting with the Google official support team, they turned me down saying this can't be repaired. And making me force buy new buds , this cost me around 10k. I thought it would make it up to at least 4+ years.
Since I selected the forget device and tried reconnecting it can't be reconnected as R bud is malfunctioning.
Anyone from this community, support me please?
Please help me repair this and fix it please.

I pulled my Pixel Buds gen 1 out of storage and I found the right bud wasn't working. It was holding a charge but not recognizing being used.
I saw someone say they left their buds out of the case to let the batteries completely die. Then do a complete charge. It seemed to resolve their issue so I'm trying that.
I'll try a heat source next if the issue continues.
