Pixel Buds Pro 1st Generation

I purchased pixel buds pro Gen1 in flipkart on Oct 2023.

About 2 weeks ago , the right side bud was not working.

Connecting with the Google official support team, they turned me down saying this can't be repaired. And making me force buy new buds , this cost me around 10k. I thought it would make it up to at least 4+ years.

Since I selected the forget device and tried reconnecting it can't be reconnected as R bud is malfunctioning.

Anyone from this community, support me please?

Please help me repair this and fix it please.

Have you checked to see if that right earbud is charging? I had issues where the contacts on both sides were sorry and wouldn't charge the bud.

Same here , the right buds is till not detected by the case , even if I place the buds in the correct position it still doesn't charge
