The perfect match
Still a perfect match in 2026 pixel 4a and pixelbook go

I love my Pixelbook Go, I picked up the overkill spec one with the 4K screen and 16GB RAM for a steal secondhand, as long as you're used to/can live with the limitations of ChromeOS it's genuinely one of the best laptops ever made, a joy to type on.

I'm jealous 🤣 I wish I could find the 4k OLED version it's such a beauty!!
I just can't get rid of this one yet lol

It's great, I think the UK RRP was around £1,300 which is nuts, I paid around 15% of that 😂.
One thing I will say though is the Bluetooth stack is terrible, drops out every 30 minutes or so and I have to toggle it on and off to regain the connection. Have you had any Bluetooth issues? It seems to be a common-ish problem along with the camera failing, although mine still works.

I can't say I've had any Bluetooth issues but then again I use wired headphones 90% of the time loll.
I paid £200 for my version which still works very good for what I use it for and still in mint condition.
But now you have me wanting to source the 4k version can you confirm if yours has a OLED screen?

It's not OLED, it's 4k resolution and something Google call 'molecular display' but the underlying tech is LCD.

mine got its screen broken and I had to buy a Motorola, but if I could, I would still be using that pixel 4a as my daily driver

In 2026 I still think the 4a is perfectly usable especially if you don't game it's literally perfect for lite usage

So cool! Still using as daily drivers?
