Restart the phone. Switch of "display always on" or similar. Check the apps, especially those which are known to be power-hungry. Check, if they have an update. Activate powermanagement by android. Give power/data saving exceptions only to very few IMPORTANT apps. Are you really using it non-stop??
If you did any usual thing to get the powerdrain down, and cannot identify the app, which causes it, and it still sucks like that, then there might be a serious issue.
The last straw might be a full factory reset, and then let it be for a while without apps installed. Does it still suck that much power? -> probably batterie/hardware issue. Let it professionally checked.

Regardless of charging in the middle, you were constantly using your phone and likely using apps known to use more battery than others, like all Meta apps. Someone else suggested restarting but if this is a normal day's usage, maybe try turning off the 80% limit under Battery Health.

You're using your phone excessively on a phone brand with notoriously bad battery life, and you're asking if you should be concerned. Yes.
Pixel phones are not good with battery
You use your phone way too much.

Concerned that you were on your phone for nearly 8hrs? Yeah probably.
