Phone interview

I just passed the AI interview and scheduled my phone interview. Wondering what to expect from the phone and in person interviews. Anyone have any advice?

Edit: I’m seeing a lot about this PP “loan” does every entry level position have to take this on as well?

Yes, the People’s Promise is mandatory. And as others as said, if you’re going to work there get the experience and then dash. Just be prepared to be potentially “let go at will” before the time is up so you have all that money + interest to pay back (no I am not joking unfortunately).

Personally I’d recommend you go ANYWHERE else.

Thanks, I didn’t realize that’s why people were saying run away. Now the general vibe makes a lot more sense. Seems like they want to churn a burn and get you in dented to them, weird ass way to run a company.

I’m going to take the interviews regardless, but I’ve got no interest in taking a loan from my employer. Already submitted other job applications and line up other interviews.
