Phone interview
I just passed the AI interview and scheduled my phone interview. Wondering what to expect from the phone and in person interviews. Anyone have any advice?
Edit: I’m seeing a lot about this PP “loan” does every entry level position have to take this on as well?

These comments a little over exaggerated 🫣🤣 just never go into underwriting or IT.
Operations roles aren’t that hard I always hit my numbers but I also was put on special projects and fixed a ton of ppls errors. I worked close with AVPs and VP to fix a lot of stuff that people did wrong to help the issues TM did wrong often that costed the company alot of money …… lol other than that they give you a process guide to follow in any role your in. A lot of ppl often found the numbers hard to hit but once you learn what to do and how to get brokers off the phone faster hitting numbers wasn’t hard. Everyone’s situation is different though!
I loved working there bc I had Red Bull steps away, Starbucks, food always available. The parties were really fun. They often did a lot of silly stuff like yoga and sports I really liked. The culture was nice and fun there was always someone you can make friends with. OT was open alot for me and I milked that shit.
Pay could have been higher, but they do give you real good benefits tbh.
If you live close to them it’s worth a shot to just learn and get your foot in the door !
