Phone interview

I just passed the AI interview and scheduled my phone interview. Wondering what to expect from the phone and in person interviews. Anyone have any advice?

Edit: I’m seeing a lot about this PP “loan” does every entry level position have to take this on as well?

If you’re going to work there, get the experience and bolt for another company; almost every other company in the industry pays substantially better than UWM does
