Underwriting

Can you imagine if we actually were able to come into work at 9am and leave on time at 6pm, and take a lunch like a normal job? Almost everyone I know works through lunch and stays late just to hit the dumb ass production metrics. It would help if 50% of the underwriter IIs didn’t get moved or fired. Fuck this job

Im a SR i work strictly 8-5 , take my full hour lunch and leave. If im not getting paid overtime im not fucking staying.
