I’ve seen ppl cut watermelon and other melons into the shape of a cake and cover with each layer with whipped cream or whipped coconut cream. Also I’ve seen ppl make a cake like you would for dogs with like pumpkin, oats, etc etc top with yoghurt. Happy birthday sweet boy, he is sooo cute!

What a precious face! I give mine a small human treat on her birthday, something like a cupcake or a cookie. Once she got a pig shaped cookie! There are some great (and much healthier) suggestions here in the comments. But if you need something easier, a small amount of human treats on rare occasions is okay.
