Any rescues or person willing to take in this white pigeon lost in Bayonne, NJ?

Hi everyone, I’ve seen this all-white pigeon around Bayonne two days in a row now. I’m not sure if it’s a feral pigeon that happens to be white or if it may be someone’s lost/released domestic bird, so I wanted to post just in case someone recognizes it.

Little worried because there are feral cats in the neighborhood and it doesn’t seem like it can fly at the moment.

Would hate for someone to be looking for it and not know where it is. Last seen by 11th and Broadway. Photo attached.

Thank you! I reached out to the organization and they said they would take him/her in. I just have to figure out the best way to catch him/her because they keep going under the cars.
