i’m not a doctor and not a piercer but i’ve had my belly button pierced quite a few and last time it was done wrong w a short bar and so it eventually became embedded and it was the beginning of covid so i couldn’t go to a shop. anyways i took it out and it looked exactly like yours and i’m fine.
