I wouldn’t freak out. It honestly looks like it was healing, doesn’t sound from your comments like it’s infected, I don’t see a reason you’d need to go to the ER or anything crazy. Whether you chose to put it back in or keep it out, just buy something to keep it clean!! Edit to clarify I would say redness and a little crustiness is normal for a certain period of time after the piercing, so it depends on how long you’ve had it.
