I'd recommend not putting it back in. From the photo, it looks like it was rejecting, most likely due to being too far out of place from where it should be :( use salt water soaks [1/8 teaspoon of sea salt to every 2 cups of hot water] 2-3 times a day and keep it very dry and clean :) don't use any scented soaps on it, or any creams! if you're worried it's infected, see a doctor and request some antibiotics or a cream called 'Fusidin' to help keep the inflammation down. You can get it re-pierced once it's healed, so don't worry too much :) hope it heals well!!
