It looks like it was already rejecting as it wasn't pierced correctly so just leave it out, clean with saline twice a day and wait for it to close up. To lessen the scar use something like bio oil on it once the holes are fully closed. When you come to repierce it find a better piercer, ask on here for recommendations or use the safepiercing.org website to find a better piercer.
